Founded in 1978 by Alfred Alexander

The Treasure Shop was founded in 1978 by a man from Camden, S.C. named Alfred Alexander. His shop consisted of gently used furniture, fine collectible items, and antiques. At the time he and his wife Jackie were raising 6 children, one girl and five boys. Over the years he taught all of his sons everything he knew about the antique business. When they all grew of age, the Treasure Shop was expanded to moving services.
